Module 1 of 6 · Time 10-15 min
Start with your own task
Z
You don't start with tools but with a task you already do. First decide what 'good enough' means. Only then ask the AI.
Goal: You choose one small task that comes back regularly and agree with yourself beforehand when the result is good enough.
Use made-up or public information: no real names, client or money data.
Predict first
What do you expect?
What do you think: will the AI produce something that meets your criteria in one go? Write your expectation in one sentence.
Do it

Start with your own task
One task, agreed beforehand
- Choose a task that comes back: a message, a plan or an explanation. Make up the details.
- First write your goal, two criteria and one limit: what the result must not be.
- Open your own AI chatbot and ask for one draft.
- Paste the draft back below and decide what you do with it.
No task at hand? Take this week's short summary on the Regime dashboard and ask your AI to explain it in three plain sentences.
Check
Test against your own criteria
- Does it meet your two criteria? Write yes or no per criterion. That's a fact, not a feeling.
- Does it cross your limit? Point to the sentence if it does.
- Is there a name, date or number in it that you didn't give? Then it's unknown until you check it yourself.
Decide
How did it feel to agree beforehand on what's good enough?
There's no right or wrong here.
