Module 5 of 6 · Time 15-20 min
Decide for yourself, even against the current
Z
Now without an example. The maker of this course can be wrong too. Saying no with a reason is a valid outcome.
Goal: You apply the method without an example and dare to say no.
Use made-up or public information: no real names, client or money data.
Predict first
What do you expect?
What will be hardest when there's no example instruction? Write it down before you start.
Do it

Decide for yourself, even against the current
Without an example
- Choose a new task or claim. There's deliberately no example instruction here.
- Write your instruction entirely yourself, with goal, context and form.
The maker's claim
“'Expensive and slow = structural' — about the build-out of computing power for AI.”
- Ask your AI which separate claims it contains, and for a counter-explanation.
- Look for real evidence for one step.
- Decide: accept, correct, reject or stop, with a reason. A reasoned rejection of the maker counts as a pass.
The dashboard is also the maker's view. Find one point on the Regime dashboard that you see (partly) differently, and write why.
Check
What does your decision rest on?
- Does your decision rest on evidence, or on how convincing it sounded?
- Did you check at least one step yourself? If not, 'stop' or 'unknown' is the honest decision.
Decide
When do you deliberately NOT use AI here?
