Privacy statement
Last updated: 12 July 2026. The short version: we collect as little as possible. No account, no mailing list, no tracking cookies.
Who is responsible?
Zannn's AI (zannns-ai.xyz) is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement. Company details and contact information are in the colophon.
What we process — and what we don’t
Visitor statistics (anonymous). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and without tracking individuals: we see how many visitors view pages, not who they are. No profiles are built.
Preferences on your own device (localStorage). Your language choice and your progress in the course are stored in your own browser. That data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Email. If you email us, we use your name and email address only to reply to your message. We don’t put you on any list — there is no newsletter.
Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. As the hosting party, Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP addresses in security logs) to offer the site securely.
What we don’t do: no tracking cookies, no advertising networks, no selling or sharing of data, no mailing list, no accounts.
Cookies
This site does not use any cookies that require consent. That’s why you don’t see a cookie banner either. The localStorage preferences mentioned are purely functional and do not track you.
Retention periods
We keep email correspondence no longer than needed to handle your question, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Anonymous statistics contain no personal data. You manage localStorage yourself: you can always clear it via your browser settings.
Your rights under the GDPR
- Access to the data we hold about you (usually that is only email correspondence).
- Correction or deletion of that data.
- Objection to processing, and the right to data portability.
- Filing a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you feel we are handling your data carelessly.
You can make a request by email — see the colophon.
Changes
If the site changes, we update this statement. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
