Terms and conditions

Version of 4 October 2026 — applicable to the free online course of Zannn's AI.

1. Who we are

Zannn's AI offers an online self-study course on working with AI. The company details (trade name, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number, contact) are in the colophon.

2. The offer

The offer is a free course of six short modules with real assignments, in Dutch and English. Everything is self-study, without fixed times, available worldwide at your own pace.

3. Free

The course is free; there is nothing to buy, pay for or subscribe to, so there is no withdrawal period. You don’t need an account. What you fill in for the assignments stays in your own browser.

4. Use and licence

You may follow the course for your own use.
It is not permitted to sell, publish or use course material for your own (commercial) courses.
All intellectual property rights in the material (text, images, assignments, design) remain with Zannn's AI.

5. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the course easily accessible and its content up to date; small changes and improvements may take place continuously.

6. Honest expectations

The course is educational and informative: it helps you get started with AI, but does not guarantee any specific (work-related or financial) results.
No investment advice (DYOR). Where money is concerned, you practise checking; you make your own decisions and do your own research.
Third-party AI tools change continuously; no rights can be derived from references to those tools.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protection in your own country always continues to apply.
